Professor Adams is the Assistant Director of the University of Technology, Sydney (UTS) Centre for Corporate Governance (CCG).  The UTS CCG is a Key University Research Centre, which brings together researchers from accounting, finance, management and legal backgrounds to provide a comprehensive, inter-disciplinary approach to corporate governance.
